Rhiannon Greening - Labour & Birth Doula

Rhiannon has worked with clients in and around the Lloydminster area for over 12 years. After training with CAPPA, her experience has grown with each family she has worked with. She offers prenatal education and support, Labour and Birth Doula services, and postnatal care (Doula services for hospital setting only). Rhiannon has spoken publicly about her personal experience with Postpartum Depression (PPD) after the birth of her 4th child. This journey is what led her to become a Labour and Birth Doula as she learned more about how the support of a Doula may help to reduce the risk of PPD. What began as a hard battle ended up becoming a life-changing decision in wanting to help women during one of the most challenging, yet beautiful stages of their lives. 12 years, 150 births and hundreds of families later, she is excited to take this next step in offering prenatal education workshops!

Kirsten Stang - Certified Yoga Therapist

Kirsten has over 1000 hours of training and 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher. She obtained her Yoga Therapy Certification from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts in 2021 and currently lives and works in Lloydminster. Her practices aim to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit, while having fun along the way. She is passionate about working with women and using the tools and practices of yoga to increase their emotional intelligence (recognizing feelings, understanding/accepting them, then regulating & flowing to the next with ease). While Kirsten does not have any children of her own, she does hope to one day (and is an experienced auntie)!
