The more I learn about yoga, the more I fall in love with it. Moving with intention, using breath practices to regulate my nervous system, listening to my body, and implementing wisdom from ancient Eastern philosophy are just some of the gifts yoga has given me.
It has helped me manage anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma...
I feel empowered with a level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness that allows me to move through life with more confidence and vulnerability, wearing my heart on my sleeve and connecting, authentically, with as many people as possible.
Because yoga continues to help me find moments of bliss every day, I feel it is my purpose in life to share it with others.
